I hit the gym hard, 4-6 times a week...I have a good split, but my chest doesn't seem to wanna grow the way I want it to...
On my chest day I do:
Flat Bench Warmup, 3-4 sets of 6-10
Incline DB press OR flies 3 Sets of 8-10
Flat Bench DB Press OR flies (depends on the incline) 3 sets of 8-10
Cable crossovers 3 sets of 10
Im only doing 10-14 sets for chest, this is correct right?
Can someone give me a better mass building chest workout or tell me what the **** is wrong with mine!
