Grow chest grow!
I hit the gym hard, 4-6 times a week...I have a good split, but my chest doesn't seem to wanna grow the way I want it to...
On my chest day I do:
Flat Bench Warmup, 3-4 sets of 6-10
Incline DB press OR flies 3 Sets of 8-10
Flat Bench DB Press OR flies (depends on the incline) 3 sets of 8-10
Cable crossovers 3 sets of 10
Im only doing 10-14 sets for chest, this is correct right?
Can someone give me a better mass building chest workout or tell me what the **** is wrong with mine!

Switch it up once in a while, you gotta shock your body into growth, also maybe your going to heavy and using more arms than chest, thats what happens to alot of guys, it thats the case then lower the weight a bit and focus on fully contracting your pecs on every rep.

yeah always make sure you increasing the weight and changing the reps and such, one week maybe do 5 sets of 5,4,3,2,1 and the next week come back and do 10,8,6

I love training chest..I've used a power workout for years. That doesn't mean it will work for you though..I've hit 475 on the flat bench(raw) at 230. I'm all natural. My chest pretty much grew a lot better then anything else because of the heavy training. I was dumber when i was younger and like everyone else was obsessed with getting a big bench. I do think that it comes out a lot better with some serouisly heavy poundages and a lot of people are afraid to push themselves under 6 reps. One thing that is totally forgotten sometimes when people talk about this is what your eating makes the difference...

do it to failure once a month or every two weeks(depends if your on gear or not)

Is there anyway do hit ur lower chest to create that overhang?
Im sure dips and decline bench, but what else?
