I just started this today


Day 1 - Bi's and Chest
Day 2- 30 minutes of Cardio
Day 3- legs and abs
Day 4- 30 minutes of Cardio
Day 5- Shoulders, Triceps
Day 6- 30 minutes of Cardio
Day 7-Back and abs
Typically I do about 4 exercises for each day.

Diet- I know this may sound stupid, but here goes:
I have been eating right after I work out and after work (9pm)
I usually have a tuna sandwhich, and a fruit plate, and If im really hungry I will have a bowl of soup too. I try to eat this EVERY DAY.

I know this is a pretty novice routine, so I will be taking CONSTRUCTIVE criticism.
