    Squats Alternative?

    Due to an injury im unable to do squats. what is a really good alternative?

    leg press on a machine with a large foot plate, feet as high up on the plate as possible.

    yeah, if you're injured then stick to the machine exercises. Do Leg Press, Leg Extensions, and Leg Curls. Most gyms also have a good machine for calf extensions, too.

    If you can handle weighted lunges than throw them in there to.

    What kind of injury? Where is this injury and how does it effect your ability to squat?

    what guys said above do a leg press machine or leg extensions but it also depends on the injury meaning where it is
