    chest training

    hey guys, ive been training for past 2 1/2 yrs , and generally ive grown, is it good or bad to train the same body part twice in one week? i would really appreciate some advice.

    I do a little something like this...
    Mon: Legs, Back, and Biceps, Abs
    Tues: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Neck
    Wed: Cardio
    Thurs: Legs, Back, Biceps, Abs
    Fri: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, Neck
    Sat: Rest, Abs
    Sun: Rest

    nah, long as its bout 3 or 4 days apart youll be ok
