    how does this split look

    monday - chest and triceps
    tuesday - back and biceps
    wednesday - legs and deltoids
    thursday - chest and triceps
    friday - back and biceps
    saturday - legs and deltoids
    sunday - rest

    most people would say overtraining, but try it out and you tell us how it is.

    I did that exact spit myself and it fried me, my opinion would be to add a day off between the legs and delts day and the chest and tris day, b/c you wont be able to push as hard on your chest the day after doin a hardcore shoulder workout. But this could very well work for you it just didnt for me.

    Just remember, gains come on the couch and face down in a bowl of somethingerother, not in the gym. Unless youre a super freak, more rest days are a good idea.
