    Cardio after leg workout?

I blow up the wheels today about 3 pm. i work from 5 to 11 at the weightroom where I train. I didnt do cardio today, so I was wondering if it would be counter productive to do cardio when I get off. I am pretty sore already. any suggestions? And if it is bad to do cardio right after a leg workout, about how long should you wait until you can? thanks for any info. bros.

You should barely be able to walk after a leg workout, so if you have energy to do cardio do more legs.
