    Pm cardio

    i know its best to do cardio in the am on a empty stomach but b\c of my schedule i dont do it untill the pm. Is it effective as am cardio if u were to do cardio in the pm on an empty stomach??

    if thats the only time you can do it,then do it.it's better then not.i'm assuming that your not gonna fast for 8 hrs as if you were sleeping.

    it will be effective but not as effective as doing it in the am on an empty stomach. On an empty stomach you usually go straight into burning fat calories instead of burning carbs that have been introduced throughout the day to the body.

    eat.. then a hour to and hour and a half later lift.. then cardio right after the lift.. shoudln't be much carbs in you then..

    how long does it take you to get into fat burning mode when you wake up take eca, drive to the gym 30 min later and do 20-30 min of cardio

    u definitely do not want to fast up to ur pm cardio..definitley will sacrifice lbm. to ensure that ur pm cardio works as gd as the am, have some protein and fats in your meals before the pm cardio..
