Gaining strength, but no sorness...
Im currently 3wks into a Cyp/Fina cycle and im already noticing strength gains. This past week i have added 10% more weight to all my workouts, and still managed to equal the reps i normally do. Wow...
But, the following day after my workouts i feel minimal sorness, & sometimes none. What gives... i have upped the intensity and duration of my workouts, and im not getting sore. I like getting sore, because it makes me feel like im accomplishing something.
Is normal for a Test/Fina cycle? FYI, this is my first expierence with Fina too.
