    Gaining strength, but no sorness...

    Im currently 3wks into a Cyp/Fina cycle and im already noticing strength gains. This past week i have added 10% more weight to all my workouts, and still managed to equal the reps i normally do. Wow...

    But, the following day after my workouts i feel minimal sorness, & sometimes none. What gives... i have upped the intensity and duration of my workouts, and im not getting sore. I like getting sore, because it makes me feel like im accomplishing something.

    Is normal for a Test/Fina cycle? FYI, this is my first expierence with Fina too.

    well yea that would be the general idea if you are on gear you shoud get much faster recovering thats it. Even when i was taking m1t i didnt feel as soar as i would normaly would or i didnt feel soarness at all. SO its normal not to feel anything

    Sorness

    Introducing juice into your system does a couple of things which prevents the soreness. Steroids allow your muscles to increase protein synthesis at a abnormal rate. This means that your muscle can effectively use the protein to repair and grow muscle. It can be some triple the rate of a normal person.

    you are right but they incraese protein synthesis by causing a positive nitrogen balance. You should still be a little sore if you are going to failure.

    Well, i've tried to overtrain my muscles... but it is really hard to do on cycle..

    the recovery is excellent.. an soreness seems to disappear after 1 day...

    so keep on. and always remember...............you could be bigger...........
