If you are unsatisfied with the shape of your muscle than you need to develop it more in general - to try and fill it in more. The shape of the muscle belly is a genetic trait. Doing heavy standing barbell curls using good form is a great movement to hit the biceps. Another favorite are seated dumbell curls keeping constant tension on both biceps working both arms at the same time... personally, I get a really good focus on the biceps this way.

Ditto what Warrior said. I'd also like to add that the shape of a muscle doesn't really show untill, or unless you lean. In the mean time concentrate on developing mass in the muscle.

    Another Exercise

You could also try cable curls. Do on the machine where you would do cable fly's. Basically it's like performing a double bicep poses. Start with the handles at a high level. Arms should be stretch out. Pinch the shoulders blades together, bring the arms towards your head. Peak the contraction.
