    Chest,tri, chest,tri or chest,chest,tri,tri

    When you're doing two muscles in one day do you go straight from bench to decline bench to flys then hit tris? Or do you do bench then tricept pulldowns then decline bench then skull crushers?

    Chest

    Perform all chest exercises before going to triceps. NSCA recommends 12-20 consecutive sets per body part for maximal growth.

    one muscle at a time..... better pump and better results.. biggest muslce to smallest is the order
