    Hang Clens and Dead Lifts

    ok maybe it is me, but is there a diffrence between the two of these lifts? or is it that cleans have a shrug at the end? i am not sure i was wondering if someone could help me out

    i believe hang cleans you do a power clean but you hold on to the bar the whole time and never put it back on the ground till your done, but im not positive.

    Hang Cleans / Deadlifts

    Follow these links, they will answer all. Both lifts are power lifts. Dead lifts follow into a couple of categories. Straight leg DL's are for hamstrings, Regular deadlifts, quads, hams, and glutes, and finally Sumo DL's in which your feet are slightly pointed outwards, knees are very wide, and hands are in a over under grip between your legs.
