    Back trouble

    ok as you can see its not the worst back in the world but its not wide at all i am trying like hell but i just can not get it to widen out at all. i am doing the lat pull down with my hands turned palm toward me, read in a mag that would help but no results any and all comments welcomed....

    WIDE GRIP CHINUPS! The best excersice for building width. If youve never done them before theyre gonna be hard at first but stick with then and add and extra chinup every workout, you back will get wider by doing wide grip chinups trust me.

    Listen to this man, he knows what he's talking about. If you've been bred on pulldowns, they'll be tough as ****. To quickly learn to do them, do negative pullups for a few weeks...it works wonders in the way of bringing your back up to speed.
