Need A New Split??
I am getting ready to start my first cycle. I am thinking of changing up my training split. I am wanting to bulk up. This is what my current split looks like.
1 Chest
2 Back
3 Shoulders
4 Triceps
5 Biceps
6 Legs
7 Off
I had thought about going to twice a week, is this a good idea or is would it be overtraining.

i'm natural but i love this split.
chest/bis
legs
off
shoulders/tris
Back
off
I don't see how you can do shoulders one and tris the next..cuz your using a lot of tri in your bigger shoulder movements(presses)
