Working out the inside part of your chest?
Anyone know if there is a good way to workout the middle of your chest?

I usually do dips and I feel it hardcore in my chest. Also do some pullovers where you lay on the bench and hold a dumbbell straight above you. Lower it behind your head then raise it up in front of your chest. I dont know how to explain it well in words...

Dips are great. I occassionaly add cable crossovers and flyes as well.

Somewhere in this forum about five or six months ago I posted an article having to do with a somewhat non-traditional approach to chest training that advocated simultaneous medial rotation and adduction if i recall....let me see if i can dig that up; employing it certainly has helped out with the "divide" between my pecs.

As wimpy as pushups are doing lots off close grip push ups really helps develope your inner chest IMO. As well you can do flat bench DB flys and just as your about to get to the top of the rep turn your palms so theyre facing away from feet I fond that works well too.
