Is it better to start the set of with the heavest weight then next set go down and so on? or other way around?

Reverse pyramiding is what I "think" vinh is asking. It's okay as a mix in... I wouldn't rely on it exclusively. Starting with the heaviest weight possible might be more productive with a couple of warm-up sets. I have tried it a couple of times in workouts but prefer a progressive pyramid of 12,10, 8, 6, (sometimes 4).

With HIT training aka Mentzer training... some love it... some hate it.

I start with a warm up ...12-16 reps relatively light...then do the 10, 8, 6, 4 going heavier with each set change...It works for me. I am bigger than I have ever been b4...

I used to do a warm up then 10, 10 , 10, but did not dramatically improve

I find that the reverse pyramid works really well with me. I seem to get a very good pump off of it.
