So if i would keep my strength even and loose fat could it be possible to loose muscle IF my strength stays the same and i keep it that way could it be that my muscle is also decreasing in mass ??

Use an anti catabolic like Clen while your dieting. Or diet in a cutting cycle. You might lose some muscle, but normally with the reduced fat whatever muscle which might show through will make you look bigger.

Also if you increase your cardio fitness you might find tht your strenght increase's too.

    everything bouncer said and......

-check protein levels... gotta be right or u will loose muscle and not burn fat
    -don't over do cardio
-proper rest/sleep is very important when dieting..
-creatine can help maintain muscle aswell as Ephederine.
