Max OT Program anybodytry it or know anyhting about it????

just trying to find info on it or if anybody has tried it??? so your help please

used it before, liked it really helped strength
use it now also except a few other things I put in

this is the old skip la cour routine. Get in and get out in no longet than Hour...correct me if I'm wrong. I have never tried it I can't force myself to quit that quick.

I agree, Im doing the same thing too

I use it's principals... high intensity and high weight but I add/mix-up the excersises.
