If you have a stomach flu, then you should feel better within 48hrs. I would not go to the gym when you got stomach flu.
I hope that you'll feel better bro

i never ever work out when i am sick. IMO why would you do such a thing..you body is working as hard as it can to fight the flu or what ever bug you have..why give it more work by giving it all kinds of muscle repair to do too.

take the time off..recover and then start back at her...I am sure you won't be sick for too long that you would lose all you gains..

I work out when recovering . When i have the flu i stay in bed when i feel good enough to go outside i got right to the gym and work out . It seems when i work up a sweat it cleans out some germs. I always feel great after.

I never train if I´ve got the fever. If I´ve got a little bit cold I do my work-out but I never go all out on the exercises.

Stomach flu?? Shit, never even dare to go near my gym....
That´s the worst case of sick u can get if you´re bodybuilding...the mass floats out of your body....

    Yuucckk!

But, as mentioned above, listen to your body, it tells you even more than u can dream of.

Plus if I have the flu I am always scared that on a good set of heavy squats when I am really pushing down deep...something might slip...and that..that would not be good
