HST cycle - how does this look??

hey heres my first hst cycle. how does it look to you guys?

Looks like a decent exercise selection as well as appropriate loading numbers (is that a spreadsheet of some kind that automatically fills itself in?). I ran an HST phase a while back and was happy with it...maybe not so much for the results as for what it taught me about my body. Is this your first run with it?

yup its gunna be my first. the spreadsheet is on the official hst websight. im gunna try it out for 6 weeks, 2 weeks each rpm and see where it takes me. the spreadsheet is really good though. you put the load increments and the max 15 10 5 rpm's for each group. then it calcultes it, but i changed it around so it didnt zigzag. some of my excersizes dont go up in weight that much between 15 and 10 reps. thansk for the feedback. btw what did you learn about your body?
