Two questions
1st Q: when i do deadlifts my back hurts like hell, right at the ironbars at the lower back, its not the muscles its the jointments.. i wear a good belt and bend my back in a way so it shouldnt hurt, still it hurts like hell... this just started 2 weeks ago never had this problem be4.. 5 mins after deadlifts the pain is over.. what can i do to prevent this pain? is it dangerous/harmless?
2nd Q: anybody have any good excercises sites with pictures and explination, please post them

Are you sure its the joints or is it just a serious pump in your lower back, b/c when i do deads i get such a pump in my lower back i almost pass out sometimes, and it also goes away in about 5 min after im finished. If it is a pump its not harmfull, just make sure you take a rest if it gets too bad.

test: it may be a pump.. but i´ve had this feeling before, and then it stuck with me for days (i didnt workout when i felt it, 2 years ago) and its the exakt same feeling.. so thats why i think its not only the pump :(
