Thread: E-Z bar

I hurt my wrist so doing preacher curls using the straight bar is out of the question for a while. Will doing them with the E-Z bar build them just as good or better? How does the ez bar hit them differently than the straight bar? Whats better for building the peak? The brachialis? Thickness?
Any info would be appreciated.

I personally like the straight bar better for size but building peaks i like to use dumbells. It allows for more isolation. Your grip on the easy bar will determine which head you are working.
