    I have a problem can anyone help??????

    I have a problem can someone please help me? My ankles are pretty **** skinny compared to the rest of my legs, and I was wondering if there was a way to make my ankles and lower calves bigger? I don't want to lose weight because I am already skinny, I just want my legs to look more proportional and sexier. Can anyone help????????undefinedarial blackindigo

    try seated calf raise to develop your muscle in the lower calf. . do calfs three times a week and go heavy. . .then i am sure you will have very "sexy" legs as you say

    If you have skinny ankles you are one of the lucky ones. Once you develop both your soleus and gastroc muscles your calves will look twice the size.

    If you are looking to add some thinkness in the lower area of your legs near your ankles yes I would do as suggested above. Seated calves. But don't forget not to neglect the gastroc muscle as well. I personally don't do calves more then twice a week.

    I started doing Doggcrapp style raises on all style of calf exercises and its killer...

    Push yourself for 12 reps at all costs!!!

    if you are specifically looking to add mass to your ANKLE then i'm sorry it's very unlikely. It is mostly bone in there with some ligaments and some tendons. None of them will really grow bigger. Even if you gained a lot of weight/fat, your ankle girth would probably stay the same.

    for a lower calves work out the soleus muscle. Seated calve raises.
