    Lower Back/Luv Handle

    I've got a minor minor case of lower back luv handle action,Theres just that little ounce I want to get rid of, any new sugg? Whats been working for you?

    cardio 30-45 min 4-5 times in the AM on an empty stomach at 65-75% of your max heart rate

    1badcamamro is right bro! Cardio in the AM is what helped me. Then when you're in the gym to lift ......Lift like a friggin ANIMAL!!!!!!

    arm slings bro hangin 100 reps x 3sets every other day..slow and no rocking...hold when you come up on the first 25 and then rock tha rest...peace

    diet, drop a few more calories a day and see if anyting changes

    Dont go crazy with cardio do 20 min after ur work and u should be fine. Or if you do not care about losing sum mass do 30 min in the morning when u wake up .You do more than 20 min ur going to burn muscle. LESS IS MORE!

    thats odd because i have been doin 40 - 45 min in the am and i have not lost any mass, i have actullaly gained mass and taken away bodyfat. i guess to each is own, cause i know if i was loosin mass all my lifts would not keep goin up

    U only lose muscle when you don't know how to eat properly. If you've lost muscle while doing cardio, you need to do more research about positive nitrogen balances, lipolysis, anabolism, and muscular preservation.

    As well, doing cardio after a workout is also a very idiotic thing to do.
    Then again what do I know.

    You bro's probably think IM some fat bastard, cuz of my gay a$$ avatar and fat a$$ signature. I've recently started doing Cardio @ 6:am before work, instead of after work, the split routine has been much more advantageous to me, at least thats the weay I feel.
