    gettin huge

    currently 22
    5 foot 10
    205
    week 4 of cycle....600 mg of cyp....400mg of eq

    currently doin
    day 1 chest and tris
    day 2 back and bis
    day 3 shldr and legs
    day 4 off
    repeat

    am i overtraining, i get a good pump on the first muscle but am tired on the second.....any suggestions???????????????

    id say your stamina is low, doesnt look like your overtrainin, but i dont know all your exercises you do....that would help alot.

    Oh Here We Go
    Chest...usually 4 Exercises 4 Sets With 4 Th Set Being A Burnout
    Tris.....usually 3 Exercises 4 Sets With 4 Th Setbeing Burnout

    Back, Same As Chest
    Bis...same As Chest

    Shoulders...same As Chest And Back
