What is the one piece of equipment
What is the one piece of equipment you would want to buy from the gym other than a squat rack.....
They have all kinds of funky equipment trying to replace free weights. Some of them are pretty cool.
I think I would want the stair climber.

If I could only have one piece no weight equip would be of any real use to me because I'm not a home gym kinda guy. I would opt for a smokin staionary bike or a treadmill.

A pullover machine or a trap bar.
Some of the best stuff can be made pretty easily like a pullup bar or dip bars.

I hate to knock all you guys that want a smith machince but thats just about the worst thing in the world.. Think about it... When you do a bench press or a shoulder press does your body move in a stright line up and down?? No it doesnt it curves, so what the smith machine does is take your body out of what it naturaly does and forces your body to go in a stright line which is REALLY bad for you joints.. But I would have to go with a cable machine.. Just giving my 2 cents.. Please dont get mad at me for hating the smith machine I just think those things are the Devil.. Really bad for rotator cuffs too..

The jacuzzi! Not the mens, but the womens. On second thought I'll just take the infrared dry sauna.
