    Desired: Big Back!

Currently I need a back routine, I am bulking right now and really want to add some size to my back. I am all natural by the way...
What exercises or programs would you suggest? Any input is welcomed.

That is the doggcrapp routine. I have made the best gains of my life using it. You only do two exercizes for back every four days, but I developed some nasty stretch marks behind my armpits seemingly overnight.

For me, deadlifts really helped getting my back to grow more than anything else.

pullups 1 set weighted 1 free
bent over rows 2 sets max at 12th and 8-10th reps
and deadlifts 2 warmup 1 real set
and either dumbell rows or close undergrip pulldowns.
This works for me, and im natural. Everyone will respond differently to different things. Its good to experiment with different things, but even if somthing doesnt feel like its working the first week or two give it at least four weeks to fully make up you're mind. My first year of training i hardly ever did bent over rows or deadlifts as i diddnt like them. I moved gyms and was forced to return to them and i realised what i had been missing.
