    Triceps

    Any good workouts for some serius gains in my triceps? I Have huge biceps but my triceps are small i`ve tried everything but without good results.My schedule is:
    Day1: Chest - Biceps
    Day2: off
    Day3: Back - Triceps
    Day4: off
    Day5: Shoulders - forearms
    Day6: off
    Day7: Legs

    I would say your effectively hitting triceps three times each week, once with chest, once its own after back and then again with shoulders, this may be too much. Maybe look at training Tri's with shoulders or Chest. If you train them after chest or shoulders you can reduce the quantity as they have already been stimulated with the other muscle group, stick to basic exercises, push-downs, skull-crushers, forget shaping exercise for the time being, aim for 2-3 working sets 2-3 exercises, aim for 8-12 reps with great form good stretch and contraction with the best weight you can manage.

    Try squeezing the muscle at the end of the movement I find this gives a great pump

    i agree with billy .... my tri were weak until i started training them after chest , twice aweek also idid each exe very slow and fully contract the tris ................ now my tris are overpowering my biceps at 18'' ..... well can't complain!

    Thank you all people for your highly respected recomendations. I`ll try not to hit my tris 3 times a week and see after a month waht will happen.

    Bro if you train tris with chest then keep shoulders three days apart. This helped for me.
