Hi I just recently started this job that starts at 7pm to 330 am....When I come home around 345 I usally eat something before I go too bed.....Is this bad?? Will I get really fat after awhile due too eating soo late?? I workout evryday around 1pm.....Should I stop eating so late or is it ok to eat late but workout evryday still...????

Treat that meal the same way you would treat any well thought out pre-sleep meal. So, obviously (at least imo) no carbs whatsoever. Cottage cheese is ideal for this because it's slow to digest and not particularly heavy in your stomach as you sleep.
