Looking for leg machine..,

its for my wife--leg extensions and leg curls--any ideas???thanks

??, dont know what your asking. workout regime? my wife has something like this:

ham curls 4x 12-16
single leg 3x15
leg ext 3x12-20
lunges 3x25
squats 3x25.......

looking for a good machine to purchase

If space is a concern the seated ext/curl bench that looks like a chair with a removable pad that holds down the quads when doing leg curls is pretty slick.

Also once you find the piece of equipment you want do a search for it on www.shopping.com or pricegrabber.com or www.mysimon.com
You can probably find it cheaper there.

Doesn't hurt to check out ebay. just make sure that you can find a local sale.
