My right tri is f***ed
My right tri is limiting my heavy chest workouts on bench and dumbells. I was rubbing it (dont make a joke) and it sure is beat up. I'm gonna get a good massage on it and skip tri workouts until then. Any suggestions on how to nurse it back, other than 'resting' cause then I would be a suicidal maniac.

I think the muscle is so tight and fatigued (you know, like one of those injuries that spasms randomly on ya one day). Basically I have to stop my sets short becuase of it... I know I could do more cause my left (weaker) side can get more reps up on certain exercises.
