    Who uses Bowflex?

    My friend moved and loaned me his bowflex ultimate. I prefer cable resistance to the bow but this should be a kick ass tool right?

    My grandma use to use a bowflex...man she had the nicest triceps.. J/K bro never used one hopefully you can get some help although i am guessing 99.9% use free weights or machines in the gym.

    I wouldn't exactly say kickass, sufficient for a beginner, you'd be much better off going to the gym.
