Thread: workout 2x a day

workout 2x a day
Has anyone worked out in the morning and then again later in the day, same body part. I worked out chest this morning all heavy dumbell presses and flat flyes, then later i wanted to again, but i did all barbell presses and incline flyes. Has anyone ever done this for any lenght of time, im sure ill overtrain real quick if i continue but it felt pretty good.

I would make a habbit of doing it but I have done it here and there to shock the muscle really good. Do it once in a while but try no to do it too much.

im not gonna do it again for a while but atleast i know the test is kicking in cause i couldnt have done that befor i started my cycle.

doesnt sound effective to me, sounds like it will do more damage than good

my method to shock is heavy supersets, and going down to partials....that will tear ya up...workin a bodypart 2x in one day doesnt sound effective or like something that will get you anywhere...JMo

what about the 1max reps before every new sets? I personnaly find it's a great way to shock ur muscle. For the 2x a day same part... never try same muscle but do oftenly combine muscle twice a day... When I say often I do it once in a while but almost every month.
