guy all over the board low intense cardio on a empty tank no walk is better cuz u wint loose muscle dam what is the best way
is 5 days 20min walk 20min light jog 5 min cool down good =45min.

that will work, id hit elliptical if you have the possiblilty...40-60min start out 3 a week, then up to 4 then 5

i do a 4 mile an hour walk for 45 mins at 140 HB per min and it seems great to me..

contant rate of about 140 beats per minute is the best way

if i go at 140 heart beat, it doesnt seem like im even working hard.
