rest
For the last 2 yrs I have only been resting my muscles for a days time. Lately i have heard that you must rest for at least 48 hrs. Am I wrong for anly resting a days time?

I Would have to agree with just doing each muscle one day a week........but i dont really understand what ur talking about lol
