is it the same for abs??
hi guys..i understand that when on a cutter, its best to train a body part once per week to prevent over training and loss in LBM. So does this theory account for abdominals too??

i've trained abs sometimes up to every other day and had great results, i wouldn't worry.

Abs can take it a lot more often. Go ahead and train them again as long as they are not sore from your previous session.

depends about how hard is the abd workout... like joevette says.. if they fell sore you shoudn't but if not it's fine. I do wait 24-48hour before doing an other abs session

no that doesnt apply to abs or calves.. these two muslces have a faster recovery period then any other. try hitting them Hard one day skip a day and hit them lighter and on and on.. calves i would skip 2 days..
