Please could someone help me!! I have now been training for about 2 months, 4 times a week. I need someone who can tell me the best way to train; this could be methods of training to see best results and also the right food to eat!!
What is the best way to lose weight around your waist, I have what you call LOVE HANDLES. Please could you advise me on the most effective way to tackle this?
Also some input on steroids and the right time to take them and the right ones to take….

first things first....
you need to post stats. height, wiehgt, age, etc
the workout you do has be right for you. different people like different things. some guys do each body part twice a week, some only once. i do one bodypart a day. chest, back, arms, rest, legs, shoulders, rest.
as for your love handles, mix in 30/40 min of cardio 3x a week, along with 4/5 sets of abs 2x a week. try to keep fat intake low, protein high, and eliminate all junkfood

first off welcome to the board. And if u want a routine for abs here is mine. I work out my abs every single day, i have not yet missed one day my whole life. HONEST! I do one sit up a day, half when i get up otta bed and the other half when i lay back down to go to sleep. Though this happens more then once a day on some occassions, for various reasons............but trust me it works! Guess I got lucky huh! lol

Well I,ll try to answer your questions
Firstly what are you trying to achieve - to gain mass you simply need to eat more but eat cleanly.Workout what you are eating and post me that in terms of Cals,Protein,fat and carbs we can then modify this so you add a little more weight each week if you are trying to get lean (which at 5,10 and 10.2 st you must have very little b,f) you need a different diet
Supplements - what are you currently using?
Training for two months at 4 times a week if anything I would say ease up on the training just do it 2-3 weeks let the body adjust to doing weights or you will overtrain which is counter productive.Forget to try and do heavy weights learn the methods and techniques of lifting first
Abs train these like any other body part they need rest and remember they are used throughout your workout.Big bulging Abs can make a lean person look fat when you have a T-shirt on because of the natural curvature.
