Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has exercises specifically for your upper abs. My lower ones(around bellybutton area) look good, but I can't seem to get the top ones looking good. Any suggestions?

I find that doing cable pullovers works great for MY upper abs, give them a shot and see if they work good for you.
Cable crunches are great for upper/middle abs. Just make sure you are doing them properly or else you abs will be doing little to no work at all. Also just your ordinary crunch will work this area as well.
you're lucky, most people i know (myself included) have the hardest time developing lower abs.
decline situps holding a plate to your chest
Yes cable crunches work great as well, I forgot about those.Quote:

leg raises, hanging leg raises, and flutter kicks usually hit my lower abs. using the medicine ball and doing slow control crunches hit my upper abs pretty good. another is the decline situps with the plate.
