Abs every day?
I have heard some people say that abs are the 1 part of your body that you can work out every day. I have heard others say that they are like any other muscle group and need a few days rest just like any other muscle.
Which is true, or is it somewhere in between?

most on here say that they are able to be trained 1-3 times a week. BUT arnold trained them everyday. to keep a thin waistline

If ju just exercise them you could do it almost everyday i think but you cant do heavytraing everday with any muscle

if you did biceps everyday they would never get bigger, am i right? they might get cut but they would not get bigger because they would never have time to grow.

i dont train them everyday. i do every other day. But the Arnold trained them everyday b/c he had a larger waist

hell arnold would train for 6hrs a day and drink all night and god he looked good.

yea this is true about arnold, but it obviously makes sense that overtraining your abs will keep them from growing thus making a larger waist

IMO it seems like when i train(LIFT) for 90min+ i dont get weaker or bigger.. i just get harder and stronger..
