Work Out Routine
i am a college student and i have worked out before but i took about a year and a half off and im trying to get back into things. i was wondering if anyone could help me develop a routine that i could use to try and build strength and size. thank you

easy, workout everything once a week, semi low reps, not below 6, not above 10... eat and rest....

remember compound exercises:deads,squats,bench,mil press,cleans. u will pack on pretty good size with these movements.
