May not be the workout but his natural physique? i guess if you really wana look like him then you can try to workout nuts to within your body's natural limitations and take it from there.

Belfrots been juiced up before. His workouts include alot of boxing and alot of brazilian jiujitsu, plus weights, body weight movements, running ect. Thats not just lifting weights 3 days a week. You fight pro you train 7 days a week multiple times a day.

Belfort is the man. Can't blame you for wanting to look like the man.

Yeah really that guys is pretty small.

I've seen a lot better pics of him before where he looked totally shredded and a lot more muscluar also... He's a certified badass...........
