What grip to you guys prefer for barbell rows? Reverse or regular? I find that reverse grip keeps my elbows closer to my body, but Ronnie uses regular grip and it obviously works wonders for him.

Regular for me I end up feeling to much in the bi's
i like regular,seems u can go heavier :)
Reverse grip all the way, I find I can add more size and width to my back and go much heavier using reverse grip.
Regular for me. My hands are suplinated for T-bar so i get a variety.
