Shoulders one day, chest the next?

Is it a good idea to do shoulders on one day and then do chest on the next or do you need more time for the triceps to recover.

My thoughts are it would be okay because your triceps are only really being used on shoulder day when you're doing military. However, I've had problems with my triceps becoming fatigued quicker then the rest of my body and it just might be from not enough rest.

    What are your thoughts?
