    would you consider cardio an off day?

    I was wondering how many think of a cardio day as a rest day? say like if i weight trained 4 days a week and cardio the other three is that "overtraining"

    from what i heard, doing cardio on your off days can even help u grow..

    I would say it depends on the intensity. Worked hard and your still depleting your body of essential vitamines and minerals needed for recovery.

    I do cardio on every day except days when i work legs.
