Help me with my split
I am planning on adding major size to my arms, and am going to work them twice a week (Mondays and Fridays) as to leave at least 72 hours between workouts. Question is, how should the rest of the week look? I plan on incorporating bench presses into my chest routine, so I know chest is probably not choice after arms days. I was thinking maybe
Monday
Arms
Tuesday
Cardio/Abs/Legs
Wednesday
Back/Shoulders
Thursday
Cardio/Abs/Chest
Friday
Arms
Saturday
NOTHING
Sunday
Cardio/Abs
I plan on taking in a lot of calories to help in the muscle rejeneration, and to keep from over training. Can you guys think of a better way to set up my split?

imo i woiuld train legs twice a week instead arms you get em working during your shoulder/back/chest as well.
