grow SPLIT !!
want to start a new workout split , i find training a bodypart once a week too long , i normally recover in 3 days ......
day 1 - chest , delts
day 2 - back,traps,abs
day3 - arms
day 4 - legs , abs
day 5 - rest
repeat.
i'm doing 3-4 per bodypart for 4 sets of 10 reps pyramided ,last set to failure ........any comments ??? :D (time to blow up ! ) :D p.s - i've put delts after chest , cause my delts tend to grow very fast :lift:

I was told that doing heavier weights, lower reps is best for "blowing up" But still gotta have perfect form. Something like 6-8 reps I think.
