    lack of energy

    yesterday and today i went into the gym ready to do my normal routine.. but found i was lacking my energy and i cant figure out what it is. i thought maybe allergies cuz of the weather change. or maybe cuz ive been losing like a pound or two per week on my new diet.

    5 egg whites
    1/2 cup oats

    can of tuna
    2 slices wheat bread

    workout

    shake w/ dex

    chicken
    greens
    baked potato

    shake
    nat peanut butter

    cottage cheese
    almonds

    your diet looks good, nothing that would neccessarily cause fatigue. i'd have to defer to one of the more knowledgeable fellas on the board. unless you're taking m1t cuz that'll casue lethargy without a doubt.

    im thinkin more now that its havin a slight cold, but i didnt really feel sick, except in the morning but it went away. im goin to take alot of vitamin c to get rid of it

    If you arent used to limiting carbs, that could be it. You may want to try having a piece of fruit or a glass of natural juice before you work out. Just subtract the calories from somewhere else. If your "workout" is cardio, sorry, you are just going to feel like crap on an empty stomach with no glycogen in your liver.

    Try using effedra pre-workout.
