how often to train..
for a long time i've pretty much accepted that you shouldnt train a muscle any more than once a week. but i have seen other people make good gains training them more than once a week. and others who made good gains training only 3 days per week. so its pretty difficult to wonder what is right for me?

The only way is to experiment and find out what works best for you bro. Try twice a week, if your poundages become stagnant and the symptoms of overtraining begin to rear their ugly read, then cut back to once a week. Good luck.
