I was originally going to work arms twice a week, but then realized that I was taking the advice of a magazine, slapped myself, and put together my own split. What do you think?

I'm doing this on a bulk diet and wanted to throw a non lifting day infront of my arm workout so I can hit them with full force. See any problems?
